BD Consult is a regional Business Development consulting firm focused on adding needed mentoring, advisory services and coaching for start-ups and companies endeavoring to enter into new sectors, projects and thinking of re-branding and de-branding their existing identities. HOW ARE WE DIFFERENT: We are a group of young and experienced entrepreneur consultants with specialized experience encompassing: Business Development, Marketing, Communications, e-Commerce, Visa, Accommodation & Travel-made easy and HR. WE SERVE YOUR NEEDS: We serve you best by having LEVANT and GCC experience ranging from 12 to 30 years, partnering with leading companies to offer you turn-key solutions customized to your industry. HOW WE DO IT: We do it by utilizing a two-fold consultancy business model: 1. Outsourcing: Outsource to us your hiring, travel, business development, marketing, communications, PR, and instead focus on your core business. We can opt to do it either: a. Let us manage your existing team. We will appoint a manager from our team. b. We can have our team run your department under your management. 2. Project-based: This is will be one-time or as recurring projects. COMPENSATION: We are compensated on specific deliverables, clear objectives; governed by milestones, timelines: o For Outsourcing: Monthly salary for the hired resources, based on their experience and seniority. o For Project-Based: This consultancy and upon prior agreement could be charged man-hour, or man-day, or as a lump sum with a 50% down-payment. We will provide you with our network of partners, clients, customers and 3rd party to help increase your visibility, coverage, sales, and hence Return on Investment (RoI) and decrease your Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) through cost savings on raw materials
