Business Lab works exclusively with the owners of second stage (lower middle market) companies to help them make smart decisions moving forward. Business owners seek us out or are referred to us for one of three reasons: 1. Growth has stalled or the company isn't making forward progress. 2. There's a specific need but the company lacks the in-house resources to meet it. 3. A strategic issue requires objective counsel from a trusted peer outside the company.
