BUSINESS SUPPORT LAB (BSL) is a small company with a big heart and vision. The main ambition of the endeavour is to enable, empower and equip like-minded dreamers to start and successfully grow their own small businesses, whether brick and mortar or online.
The founders identified a gap in the market, namely that small businesses do not get the needed handholding and support to enable them to start of on a strong foundation. There is a lack of knowledge and awareness, leaving these entrepreneurs without a clear understanding of what is needed in order to start their business. This gap covers the legal, marketing, planning, accounting, and branding aspects, as well as the social side of starting a business.
The goal of BSL is to give these entrepreneurs the know-how by way of free content such as blog articles and checklists, and then paid for easy-to-understand templates and worksheets to guide them to make the right decisions. This is to ensure they are covered both from a legal as well as a managerial side. As their business grows, there is room for expansion of BSL by offering soft services on a retainer- or project-based options.
