REQUIREMENTS -For PRE-SEED fundraising, we work with technology companies that have at least an MVP (with significant pilot customers) and paying customers pipeline. -For SEED financing, we accept customers with early revenue and a strong growth plan for the next 5 years. PROCESS Generally, depending on the company maturity and the round size, the fundraising process lasts between 4-6 months. Our services include: -An initial analysis of the company to qualify for the fundraising -Investment strategy, building investor pitch deck, valuation, data room and related documents, building pipeline -Investors introductions, ongoing support for investor relation activities, term sheet review and negotiation support
