Buster Consulting is a small but highly experienced project and programme management provider. We were set up in 2016 by David Howard after he had worked in a number of sectors and decided that he could help organisations deliver the changes that they were seeking to put in place. Over the years David has built a network of people to provide expertise around business analysis, change management, operating model design, HR, IT and major move and migration delivery. Buster Consulting can deliver projects and programmes across a numeber sectors but if asked we woudl say our specialisaion is transformation projects
