Busy Things Ltd has been helping teachers to bring the curriculum to life in Primary classrooms for the last 16 years.
Founded in 2000 as Q&D Multimedia to develop early years and SEN CDROMs, we changed our company name to Busy Things in 2011 when we launched our award-winning online subscription service to support earning throughout primary education and across the whole curriculum.
The more than 4000 home and school subscribers to the Busy Things service enjoy access from desktop computers, tablets and whiteboards to over 600 (and growing) learning resources – games, activities, quizzes, projects, music and art-making tools, printable materials – all of which are mapped onto the national curriculums of England, Wales and Scotland (and now also, of Australia).
Our development team takes particular pride in the high quality of the site’s graphics, animation and sound effects which both delight children and keep them fully engaged in whatever they are doing. With the help of our panel of teacher advisers we have created a site that can be both easily navigated by children working on their own and readily set up by teachers to fit in with and support their lesson planning.
