We started our brewing adventure beginning of 2019 when we realized how hard it was to find interesting non-alcoholic drinks. As chefs and culinary enthusiasts in general, we’re wild about fermentation as substitute for alcohol. Why? Because it also adds flavor and gives more complexity and depth.
