Luana Helsinger is a dynamic leader in strategy and finance, bringing over 14+ years of expertise across M&As, strategy, and equity research. She has navigated both buy-side and sell-side landscapes, holding key roles in private equity’s portfolio companies and as an equity research analyst at Raymond James (US) and Grupo Bursátil Mexicano (Brazil and Mexico) She holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson, a Master's in Financial Economics from FGV-SP, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from PUC-Rio. She is fluent in English, Portuguese (born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil), and Spanish.
