Buzzer Feedback

Buzzer is a restaurant-tech company which is focused on optimizing dining experiences. We help restaurants collect and analyse customer feedback in order to create actionable insights. We then collect further feedback to measure the improvement as a result of these actions. Buzzer has an online analytics platform that has been developed alongside experienced operations experts. This platform crunches through all customer feedback data from every source to provide analysis and actionable insights on a location-by-location and restaurant group as a whole basis. To increase the power of the analytics and insights produced by this platform, Buzzer implements a host of tools to provide real-time, on-location customer experience measurements. Our flagship product is a tablet which can be presented along with the bill. One customer can give feedback while the other customer pays the bill, taking advantage of dead time and minimising the load on the customer.
