Dr. Harita Raja founded BWMH to provide women with a place to obtain compassionate and knowledgeable psychiatric care. She is a board certified psychiatrist who specializes in women's mental health, and works closely with her patients, their loved ones, and their providers to find the best treatment plans. As a reproductive psychiatrist and subject matter expert in the hormonal changes that occur from menses to menopause, Dr. Raja also works closely with businesses and organizations to facilitate open dialogue about how to best support women in the workplace.
