STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING: A young and dynamic team with a focus on providing top-quality design work and creative structural solutions. We are experienced designers in the industrial, commercial, residential and educational sectors; both in South Africa and internationally. By Design embraces modern software and structural materials to optimize design efficiency. BUILDING STABILIZATION: An industry-leading specialist contracting service, which provides foundation and floor stabilization to existing structures. We use injection grouting technology to reinforce compromised foundations and floors. Poor soil conditions can be stabilized up to depths of 5 metres to stop foundation and floor settlement. The technology can be used to increase the load capacity of existing foundation systems to enable large building extensions.
