Ingrid Beamsley brings years of nonprofit experience. Her career started at Urban Gateways, Center for Arts in Education in Chicago after completing her Masters Degree in Public Service Management from DePaul University. After serving as Business Manager at Urban Gateways, she moved to Wisconsin and began years of involvement in the charter school movement and served as Deputy Director to the Wisconsin Charter Schools Association. Ingrid continues to provide board support and accounting to several nonprofits. As a Certified Nonprofit Accounting Professional and Quickbooks Pro Advisor, she handles financial records, budgets, and prepares and analyzes financial statements. Scope of Services by Ingrid include: • Financial Management: Quickbooks Online, accounts payable, accounts receivable, account reconciliation, monthly reporting, create/follow internal control procedures, audit support, maintain chart of accounts and tax preparation support. • Operational Services - Board and committee meeting support. • Contract Management - Manage documentation and deadlines
