ByArb is a boutique law firm specialising in arbitration and other forms of alternative dispute resolution. It was created to respond to the need for top class independent advocacy in the CEE region.
What is equally important, ByArb was also created out of passion:
- passion for arbitration as a professional, efficient and universal method of dispute resolution,
- passion to build long-lasting relationships with clients, based on mutual trust and common goals and values, and
- passion about building teams and creating a work environment in which everyone can feel valued, respected and have a sense of belonging.
Why the name ByArb? There are two ways to explain it:
First, “By” are the first two letters of the founder's surname - Bytnerowicz, and “Arb” obviously stands for arbitration.
Second, “ByArb” refers to a standard wording of almost every arbitration clause: any dispute arising out of or in relation to this agreement shall be settled by arbitration…
