Beyond Financial

Mandeep Kaur is the owner of Beyond Financial, a Milwaukee company specializing in business analysis and logistics management. Kaur has more than a decade of experience working with Fortune 500 companies in the Milwaukee area, and her company has taken the outsourcing business model local. By administering a client’s back office and record-keeping tasks, Beyond Financial allows business owners to focus on generating income and growing their businesses. Kaur, a graduate of the University of Milwaukee, was born in India, grew up in California, and currently lives in Milwaukee. She speaks 4 languages including English, Spanish, Punjabi and Hindi. As a first-generation immigrant and the first in her family to graduate from college, she understands the importance of community and relationship-building. Active in the interfaith community, she has chaired the Chardi Kala 6K Memorial Run/Walk event held annually in Oak Creek, where thousands of individuals of different racial, religious and ethnic backgrounds come together to celebrate diversity and tolerance. Kaur believes in a “success for all” mindset, linking companies to best in class local customer service, improving efficiency and productivity while lowering operating costs.
