We were founded in 1990, as part of Dragages Hong Kong, a leading building and civil engineering company in Asia, operating under the global construction leader, Bouygues Construction, which has since provided us with a strong support in engineering solutions. We also deliver turnkey, design & build with sustainability solutions.
