BYU-Pathway Worldwide

BYU-Pathway Worldwide provides affordable, fully online higher education to students in more than 180 countries. Partnering with BYU-Idaho and Ensign College, it offers academic certificates and degrees rooted in Christ-centered learning. Since 2009, enrollment has grown from 50 to nearly 75,000 annually, serving over 252,000 students worldwide. Its certificate-first model delivers job-ready skills in a year or less while advancing toward an associate or accelerated three-year U.S. bachelor’s degree. As the access provider within the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Church Educational System (CES), BYU-Pathway reaches the “hidden many,” offering a collegiate experience with the spirit of a BYU campus through weekly gatherings and a spiritually uplifting community. Every student benefits from tuition support—from the Heber J. Grant Discount, returned-missionary scholarship, and needs-based aid—making higher education attainable for students worldwide.
