Bâtonnage Forum

The Bâtonnage Forum was founded in 2018 by a group of committed women who work in the wine industry with the intention of stirring up the conversation about women in wine. What started four years ago as a grassroots event, attended by over 300 people, has grown into a diverse network of women from more than 25 states and 15 countries. A completely volunteer-led effort for the first four years, the Bâtonnage team worked diligently to create, foster, and support this community, holding four annual forums, launching and growing a mentorship program, holding educational and career-oriented webinars, networking events and discussions, and providing valuable professional resources. As of 2021, Bâtonnage became a 501c(3) organization.
