BærTex is on a mission to provide alternative interior design products made from waste textile materials and offset huge amounts of textile waste produced in Denmark.
There is an increasing amount of textiles entering Denmark, which results in more textile waste being produced, the process behind BærTex’s products replaces clothing incineration. This process can yield the fabric eternal, circular life – as the products can be broken down again and again. With this process in mind, BærTex’s goal is to offset the 42.130 tons of textile waste being incinerated as a result of Danish waste textile every year.
