C & M Antoniou (Antoniou Fillo Pastry) is a privately owned Australian company that has been making Fillo Pastry, Kataifi Pastry and Fillo Pastry products in Sydney, Australia since 1960. As the Fillo and Kataifi Pastry specialists, we have mastered the art of producing perfect pastry in a purpose-built production facility in Sydney, Australia. The success of the Antoniou Fillo Pastry brand extends beyond Australia, to numerous export markets across Asia. Today, the business the still in the hands of the Antoniou family – proudly owned and run by the second and third generations of the family.
