(423) 641-6076 About Our Pricing: We have a simple pricing guide. Our prices run anywhere between $100 to $500 flat rate, depending on the house and type of cleaning. I like to sit down with the client and discuss pricing with the them and we work out a price that fits their budget and is fair to both of us. I'm very flexible with my pricing, I ask what they are looking to pay and then we can figure out a price to fit their budget. I also have a $30/hour price that some clients prefer so they can customize what they want done in the amount of time they have. *There is a $60 Minimum. We are Licensed and Insured.
