C.A. Ross Associates is an award-winning, planning and design practice based in the North East of England. Our practice has extensive experience across a number of sectors and has a diverse portolio of projects. These include master planning for medium to large scale sites; housing design; bespoke dwellings; multiple units for commercial clients; community buildings, including a new build church and taking a fresh look at the space and styling of restaurants, bars and hotels. In addition, we work on historic properties and challenging sensitive sites, including handling delicate planning negotiations and consulting with stakeholders. The practice also encourages the use of innovative materials and technologies; taking a pragmatic approach to sustainability.
