About C.Albert Consulting
Conrad has over twenty years experience in Management, Sales, Marketing, and back-room Operations. Much of his experience was with financial firms GE Capital and The Associates; however, Conrad is also a veteran of several startups including Seattle-based WorldCatch. His career has brought him into close contact with industries as diverse as Long-haul Trucking, Seafood Brokering, Big-box Retail, Home Improvement Contracting, Securities Trading, Information Security as well as Non-Profits. He loves managing strategic projects and helping solve demanding problems – which, luckily for him, every organization has. He sees technology as a major business multiplier and he gets excited about helping people execute big ideas. Conrad launched C.Albert Consulting in 2008 as a way to bring together his successes with numbers and with people. He bases his Program/Project Management practice on three areas of expertise: 1. Strategy Which battles should we wage to win the war? 2. Message How will we educate, motivate and get everybody rowing in the right direction? 3. Process What does the data suggest we do differently? Conrad earned a BBA in Management from Gonzaga University and MBA from the University of Washington. Nevertheless, he subscribes to a Zen-like view of figuring things out using a combination of intuition, direct experience, human nature and meditation. If that fails, he can always rely on the data-driven rigor of his Six Sigma certification in quality and process improvement. Whether he’s cooking, reading, sailing, teaching himself a programming language or just spending time with his family, Conrad is always thinking of ways to not only serve clients, but delight them.
