PPSA – PRE-PRODUCTION SAMPLE APPROVAL (LAB TESTING)
Our inspectors physically verify the pre-production (pilot run) samples against your specific requirement & chop them to supplier for onward submission to 3rd party independent accredited lab for required testing & results before bulk production.
PPI – PRE-PRODUCTION INSPECTION
It is an on-site Pre-Production Inspection perform before your production begins, up until 10-15% has been completed. A preliminary inspection as per product samples provided to verify that the factory has ordered correct raw material, components & accessories to be used in your production. We also randomly select and inspect a sample of partially produced products for potential defects/deviations & report our findings to you. If necessary, the factory is provided with the technical advice & corrective measures to improve product quality and to minimize the chance of defects during production. A PPI is the first step in ensuring the quality of your product to be consistent throughout production
DUPRO – DURING PRODUCTION INSPECTIONS (WORKMANSHIP, LABELING/PACKAGING ETC)
It is an on-site Product Inspection performed during when 20-70% of your production is completed and packed for shipment. This inspection of randomly selected units from all completed batches of your production let you know whether or not your factory is continuing to follow your specifications, and if your production is still on the right track. We will also re-check any defects observed during Pre-Production Inspection and confirm that those have been rectified.
FPSI – FINAL PRE-SHIPMENT INSPECTION
Final Pre shipment Inspection is conducted only after 100% completion of production or as specified by you with goods are ready packed & properly stacked for shipment. Through a statistical sampling procedure/criteria set by industry standards, we will sample products to verify product safety, quantity, workmanship, functionality, color, dimension, packing, durability, overall appearance and more. This ensures that your product is consistent and compliant with all regulatory, or otherwise-specified requirements and that no critical defects found with major or minor defects under acceptable tolerance.
PF – PRODUCTION FOLLOW UP
This keep your supplier accountable start to finish. Production follow up means an on-site Product Inspection perform daily of your production. An inspector scrutinizes your factory, enforcing your specifications, selecting units at random for inspection and identifying and eliminating defects. You receive daily reports regarding quality and completion status, putting you in control of the entire process. Regular Production follow up keeps your product consistent and as per your specifications.
