Specialists in the design, installation and maintenance of Commercial Kitchen Ventilation projects, our portfolio includes Fine dining, Casual dining and Fast Food sectors.
In 1983 we secured our first major restaurant project - McDonald's, Southport. Since then we have completed over 1300 new-build McDonald's restaurants plus countless refurbishments for this chain alone; with programmes of up to 120 restaurant projects in a single year.
We also provide HVAC services for many other high street brands such as Nando's, Wagamama, Dishoom, Deliveroo and Tortilla, among others.

FIRE RESISTING DUCTWORK
Caswell are one of a select few companies to be a Manufacturing Partner of Queen's Award-winning Firesafe Fire Rated Ductwork Ltd.
We are therefore licensed to manufacture CASWELL FIRESAFE® Fire Resisting Ductwork to BS476:Part 24 / EN1366:Parts 1&8 and produce these class-leading Passive Fire Protection systems in both Rectangular and Circular spiral-wound variants at our ISO9001 certified factory in Haslingden, Lancashire.
In 2019, Caswell reached the landmark of 50 years continuous service in the provision of HVAC / ductwork on contracts throughout the length and breadth of the UK.
In this time, prestigious projects completed include large retail developments for Arndale Centre, Manchester; Harvey Nichols, London; John Lewis, Trafford Centre and Selfridges, Oxford St., London.
Among our other blue-chip clients are BAE Systems, Bechtel, Pacific, Lendlease, various NHS Trusts, Universities and top UK Contractors including Balfour Beatty, Kier Construction, Laing O'Rourke and Morgan Sindall.
