CDialogues Plc incorporated on June 2011 as a provider of mobile marketing solutions. With operations mainly in the Middle East, The company grew very fast by organizing successful loyalty and revenue growth campaigns on behalf of Mobile Network Operators of various countries in the region. On June 2014, CDialogues Plc listed its shares on AIM of London Stock Exchange and became a public company. On September 2016, disposed all its trading subsidiaries (Cyprus, Dubai and Greece) , delisted from AIM and entered into Voluntary Liquidation which completed in 2017.
