C J Norman is an independent firm of engineers established in 1987 undertaking inspections on all types of vehicles including motor cars, commercial and heavy goods vehicles, motorbikes, coaches, horseboxes, motorhomes, classics, caravans, agricultural and farm machinery.
Our engineers are highly trained individuals providing a professional and efficient service. All of our engineers are members of the Institute of the Motor Industry and are ATA VDA qualified along with being Thatcham certificated. All have access to regularly produced motor industry publications, internet resources and attend regular courses to provide up to date knowledge on new technology and products.
Thatcham courses are regularly attended and all assessors are experienced users of Audatex and Glassmatix and are supported by a team of experienced administration staff.
C J Norman is a progressive company embracing the latest technology, constantly striving to improve and enhance the service we provide. We offer both physical and desk top inspections with digital imagery and we would be happy to discuss your particular requirements.
C J Norman offer a nationwide service. Our engineer would inspect the damaged vehicle and report to you in relation to the repair costs using an industry recognised estimating system, negotiating the costs with the repairer within a 48 hour period.
All costs and specific requirements are tailored to our client’s individual needs.
C J Norman can be contacted by email, fax and telephone from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Instructions are generally received by email or fax. We can provide a template to be used for this purpose which can also be tailored to a client’s specific requirements.
