C-SOPS

C-SOPS is multidisciplinary center committed to modernizing pharmaceutical manufacturing and developing scientific and engineering methods for designing, scaling, optimizing and controlling dosage forms and manufacturing processes. Through science and cutting-edge technology, we address fundamental challenges to develop and optimize new manufacturing methods, as well as support advancements in regulation. Our team has a long record of fruitful interactions with industry and the FDA. Originally funded by the NSF, C-SOPS has successfully attracted substantial funding from robust collaborations with companies, the FDA, and entities for project projects, training, and other impactful initiatives.
