China Merchants C-STAR African Youth Innovation & Entrepreneurship Program, initiated and sponsored by China Merchants Foundation, was officially launched in April 2022. Based on the Centre of Innovation and Maritime Excellence (CIME) in Djibouti, C-Star recruits young entrepreneurs from Africa every year, and carries out entrepreneurial incubation and acceleration in stages.
