C.W. Downer & Co. is now ALANTRA - the global mid-market specialist You may remember that in April 2016, C.W. Downer & Co. completed its merger with N+1, a leading European corporate finance and asset management firm. Today, we move forward together under a new global brand: ALANTRA.
