C2 Environmental, Inc. is a small, woman-owned business founded in 2016. We are an interdisciplinary team of scientists, GIS specialists, ecologists, regulators, engineers and inspectors. C2 was founded on the principle of individual attention to our clients and their specific project needs. We focus on the planning, permitting, and compliance of energy and infrastructure projects with an emphasis on the Clean Water Act, state utility commission requirements, and state Erosion and Sediment Control and Stormwater regulations. C2 is based in Newport News, Virginia and services the Mid-Atlantic region. We have completed hundreds of projects in North Carolina, Virginia and Maryland for a range of clients including regional utility providers, federal and military installations, industrial waterfront facilities, telecommunications companies and commercial developments for nationally recognized clients.
