Started with the simple intention of preserving resilience and data integrity, C3S systematically mines the systems in search for vulnerabilities that will expose the potential disruptions of current operations. This unique approach achieves high predictive capability in preventing disruptions to attaining corporate mission in operation continuity. Our work on Resilience has exposed us to ideas that are commonly unknown to most people. The ability to "see" things that are "unseen" by others formed the basis of our strategic formula. The question we asked ourselves seriously is "are we able to see new things without someone else telling us?" EMARFER was developed on the basis of a structured metacognitive frame, which is used innovatively as a domain-general cues for metacognitive control. This introspective learning method allows self-discovery of new knowns without it being explicitly introduced. EMARFER Frames systematically generates perspectives that are dimensionally wider, further and more novel by normal standard. It eases the joining of dots between remote perspectives, hence achieving new connections that are rudimental for creative thinking. EMAReX rejuvenates the tacit depositories which would otherwise be inaccessible by using the structured metacognitive frames as evocation cues. Tacit experiences can be extracted and be transferred and preserved. Tacit knowledge are also used to form a deeper explicit insight of subjects.
