Consultants for Community Resources is a national network of experts providing critical services to high quality, non-profit service organizations and institutions with a particular emphasis on organizations and efforts seeking to help older adults to live in community and the use of an asset based approach to planning and implementation. Strategic Planning and Asset Based Community Development - Work with neighborhood organizations, communities, nonprofit organizations and public entities to conduct asset based strategic planning, organizational and community development strategies, and related initiatives with an emphasis on aging in community, affordable housing with services, family caregiver support and building intergenerational community programs. Fundraising and Major Gift Acquisition – Guidance in developing and implementing successful strategic fundraising plans including campaign design and management, prospect research and proposal development, high-level donor access, volunteer training and strategic positioning. Transportation Strategies, Solutions and Alliances - CCR has been working in the unique space where the development of autonomous driving technology is intersecting with the lives of older adults, and with those living with disabilities. Policy Advocacy – Identify and engage key stakeholders to effect systemic change at federal, state and local levels, with a focus on aging in community. Strategic Collaboration - Assist private businesses and health and human services providers in developing effective collaborations with communities, nonprofits and governments regarding specified goals, including aging in community. Private Philanthropy - Assist individuals and professionals in expressing values through philanthropy and managing relevant due diligence. Leadership Development – Leadership training, board recruitment, retention and development strategies, and succession planning.
