C4E Forum

C4E Forum is not your average conference. It is the premier biennial community-building and networking event on energy efficiency policy in Central and Eastern Europe. Because the first two editions of the C4E Forum were organized at the seaside on the Bulgarian Black sea coast in 2016 and by the lake, in Serock, Poland in 2018, now it's time for mountains!
