We will be the Conduit between buyers and sellers of quality Hospitality assets, for sale or lease, including: Hotels, resorts, serviced apartments, hostels, tented accommodation, branded residences developments (condominiums or villas), assisted/ retirement living,wellness retreats commercial buildings and spaces, and hotel/resort development land. We will represent clients on both sides of the transaction, whether sale or lease. Our goal is exclusive listings, but when suitable, we will do a non-exclusive listing agreement. We promote transparency and integrity through ethical transactions. Our primary market is Thailand, with a focus on regional Phuket, Samui and Bangkok. We will, however do business anywhere that makes sense.
