Incorporated in 2014, CA Select Limited is an independent company specialising in Capital Allowances claims and advice operating throughout the UK. Many Capital Allowances specialists outsource some or all of the process and re-brand the report for a client. We provide the whole service direct, entirely in-house, which in our experience is quite rare. Our team includes a qualified Chartered Accountant and qualified Chartered Surveyors. Capital Allowances can significantly reduce the taxable profit a business or landlord makes. Therefore, they are a valuable and legitimate method of saving tax – despite this, we estimate that 90% of all property owners have failed to maximise their Capital Allowances. The rules apply irrespective of when the property was purchased, refurbished or constructed, although special rules apply when the purchase was of an existing property after April 2012.
