CAAS Ventures invests in private equity commercial real estate opportunities that involve new construction or repositioning of existing assets. We independently invest in our local market and jointly invest with sponsors that have a strong presence in other markets around the US. Included in our current portfolio are debt and equity investments in multifamily, office and industrial properties in Texas, Nevada, California, Oregon, and Washington.
