The “Cabinet Chrsitian Doucet Avocats” is a French law office located in Paris and member of the INTA, dedicated to intellectual Property issues. Our main business activity is to provide full services in IP law and in particular in copyright, trademark, industrial design, patents, domain names matters and anti-counterfeiting matters. We have valuable skills especially regarding French, International and Community trademarks matters (availability searches, oppositions, litigations, filing strategy etc.). As attorneys, members of the Paris Bar, we also litigate vigorously to defend our client's IP rights (trademarks, copyrights, patents, designs domain names) in French Courts as well as before administrative IP offices (INPI, OHIM or WIPO) in the frame of opposition or cancellation actions for example.
