Cabinet Patrick Kasparian

Patrick Kasparian (Ph.D.) is a practising Lawyer admitted at the Paris Bar and the Beirut Bar. He is tenured Senior Lecturer in Private Law at University of Reims. Patrick holds a Ph.D. diploma at the University of Paris II - Panthéon-Assas (summa cum laude) and has completed a dissertation about Joint Control under the supervision of Professor Hervé Synvet (published by Editions Joly). The main focus of his practice is Company Law and Commercial Law. Patrick has gained expertise in litigations related to shareholders' & governance's conflicts, management liability, post-acquisition issues and commercial contracts. Moreover, he provides legal advice on M&A operations, Joint Ventures and Non-profit Organizations' structural needs. He teaches Company Law, Commercial Law and Contract Law. He also gives lectures about Blockchain and Law. From 2016 to 2020, he was Assistant Director of the CEJESCO (Private Law Center of the University of Reims). Patrick has written several studies and articles in prestigious publications & French law journals concerning Blockchain, smart contracts, corporate control, strategic decisions in companies, top management issues and shareholders’ rights. Patrick is member of the AFDD (Association Française des Docteurs en Droit), AFAJA (Association Française des Avocats et Juristes Arméniens), AJFE (Association des Anciens de Jamhour en France et en Europe) and Paris MENA Legal Club.
