With brands including Cablofil, Krieg & Zivy, and Métal Déployé, ICM Group was claimed number one worldwide in wire mesh cable trays, most notably with its Cablofil brand, an innovative metal cable management system.
In 2004, ICM Group generated net sales of around €100 million, 60% on international markets. The Group employed close to 500 people and had 6 plants in Europe and the US. Its HQ was in France at Montbard (Côte d'Or).
ICM Group, owned since April 2001 by its management team together with the fund Atria Capital Partenaires in a leveraged buy-out (LBO), was taken over by the Legrand Group in December 2005
