Cabral Resources flagship project is the Bahia Iron Project consisting of over 120km2 of exploration tenements that are prospective to contain up to 743Mt of Itabirite Iron Ore with a target of 1Bt.
Located within close proximity to the newly constructed East West Railway, a Valec Engineering and Bahia Government initiative, infrastructure and access exists to transport ore to the the Illheus Port.
Cabral's Exploration Team of Chris Robinson and Mark Stephen will be conducting a First Pass Evaluation of the Bahia Iron Project early November 2010. Cabral, in conjunction with a Chinese State Owned Enterprise and an Australian listed resource house aim to develop the Bahia Iron Project and anticipate production to commence late 2012.
