In Chicago, our current real estate development effort is the transformation of a major vacant in-fill site on Chicago’s southwest side into a $450+ million mixed-income, mixed-use community providing essential housing, services, and jobs. This new development will include 700 residential units, essential healthcare, fresh grocery and other community needed services and employment. Our extensive experience runs across many real estate sectors including affordable housing, multi-family, student living, senior living, industrial, office and retail. The real estate professionals of CCP have extensive experience in providing investment advisory services to various private and public sector institutions, having developed, acquired or managed approximately $3.5 billion and 15.5 million square feet of institutional real estate throughout their careers working as a team. CCP believes in a development strategy that seeks to provide housing at all income levels, and importantly, provides a significant number of affordable multi-family units across the country. Through the use of strategic joint ventures with other developers and governmental agencies, CCP is providing dynamic new multi-family projects to communities in dire need of affordable housing.
