Founded by an Operation Iraqi Freedom veteran, Cacula is a Non-profit corporation founded with two goals:
1. To provide temporary housing and to provide and coordinate social services to reduce the number of homeless former members of the Armed Services living in the United States.
2. To conduct public discussion groups, forums, panels, lectures, or similar programs to inform the general public of issues faced by current and former members of the Armed Services.
Officially beginning operations on January 1, 2017, the Executive Director is still filing all necessary organizational paperwork, including those necessary to obtain 501(c)(3) Tax Exempt status.
