The type of deals we complete are diverse ranging from smaller strategic 'bolt on' acquisitions to mid market deals with values exceeding £100m. We have vast experience organising successful senior lateral and team moves. We are particularly good at team moves having completed some of the largest/most high profile team acquisitions to have happened in the legal sector.
