CADIS MGA Ltd was set up in 2024 to assume the underwriting and broking operations of International Financial Security Ltd, which has been providing specialist insurance products to the construction industry since 2018.
Our CEO and co-founder, Andrew Willoughby, is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Insurer with many years’ experience in the Financial and Insurance Markets. Gerald Farr, our co-founder and Chief Operating Officer, has over thirty years’ experience in investment banking and insurance including 11 years as Head of Strategy Development at MS Amlin. In 2024, they were joined by Chief Risk Officer Donna Walker, a Charted Insurance Broker with over 35 years’ experience in General Insurance and Risk & Compliance roles, most recently as Head of Member Compliance at Bravo Networks.
We Provide our products to Developers and Builders through a network of specialist warranty Scheme Administrators and insurance brokers. We have worked closely with our insurer partners to develop market leading products which meet the needs of our customers, mortgage lenders and homeowners. We pride ourselves on our service levels, with market-leading response times, our customer-orientated culture and the quality of our products, people and relationships.
