As the largest single-line plant in the state of Texas, we are capable of annually producing over 1.5 billion pounds of Premium Hickory™ Sand from high-quality reserves and delivering them directly from our plant to your well-site. This fully-automated plant, driven by a proprietary PLC, is state-of-the-science throughout its design.
Frac–sand proppants are hard, spherical particles that are mixed with a fluid and pumped into wells at very high pressure. The fluid fractures hydrocarbon-bearing rock to create channels through which oil and natural gas reserves flow more easily. Proppants remain in place after the fracture job is completed, propping open the cracks and creating a highly permeable pathway for oil and gas flow.
