On the 9th August 2022, as part of a values-based transaction, Central Innovation Pty Ltd (Ci), through its subsidiary Intercad Pty Ltd, has acquired the Australia 3D CAD assets of Cadspace Pty Ltd. As a key element of the deal, all staff of Cadspace have taken roles with Intercad.
The acquisition of the assets complements the vision of Ci and its subsidiaries which is to help customers “design, build and make a better world.” Ci achieves this with its people who are the difference between the technology and customers’ ability to get the most out of it.
