Caerulean Analytics developed the first psychometrically validated diagnostic instrument that measures Employee Belongingness. Our research and instruments have been built to elevate rigor, accelerate change, and drive business critical KPIs. A team of PhDs and practitioners spent over 2 years reviewing nearly 20,000 pages of research and came to find the technical and critical difference between inclusion and belongingness and built what didn’t exist, the Belongingness Continuum™ and the Belongingness Continuum Assessment™. We arm leaders with the ability to measure inclusion and belongingness with precision, inform strategy, measure period-over-period progress, measure efficacy of efforts, and correlate this all with employee satisfaction, performance, retention, growth, top-line revenue, bottom line revenue and other KPIs.
