Founded by Lupita Sanchez, Café Metzli is a coffee brand that aims to promote Mexican Specialty Coffee and bring recognition and appreciation of our local farmers’ hard work and commitment to ensuring we provide the world with great quality coffee. Our brand is founded with a vision to uplift and empower small-scale farmers by ensuring they receive fair compensation for their coffee. In pursuit of this vision, we source all our coffee only from local farms. Right from cherry processing to the entire production process and packaging, we do everything with great attention to detail, aiming for perfection. This way, we consistently produce world-class coffee that fetches good prices in the global market, enabling us to earn good profits that we leverage to buy the coffee from our farmers at fair prices. Consequently, we empower the farmer to improve the quality and quantity of their production, improve their living standards, and train a vibrant, future generation of coffee producers. In everything we do, we think about our community and customers first.
