Virtual Café
Who we are?
The Virtual Café is made up of a group of 12 Brazilians who live in Ireland and work in the Human Resources and Recruitment areas. Our aim is to help share knowledge with other Brazilians living in all parts of the globe, with a particular focus on the European Market and especially in Ireland.
Our decision to share our experiences and thoughts with the worldwide Brazilian community is a way to embrace diversity, and at the same time, help others to achieve their dream of working with their chosen profession in Ireland. We are grateful to the Irish community who have welcomed us with open arms and would love to show other Brazilians that they can also be successful in Ireland.
With the pandemic and rising unemployment, we have noticed that people were losing their spirits and finding it even more difficult to break the barrier and enter or re-enter the Irish labor market.
With that in mind, we got together and thought that, together, we could help people, show them their paths, give them tips, and share knowledge and experiences. If it was possible for us, it will also be possible for all of you who accompany us.
Each coffee event is thoroughly planned with great care and dedication.
Colliding schedules, constant video calls, collaborating with cloud files to share information and updates 24/7 can cause us to get caught up in our day. We all need to unwind and meeting on Virtual Café is the best way to do that.
It is always rewarding to receive feedback from our followers commending our café on how much it has opened up new opportunities, brought new life to each member, and helped them in the planning of their careers!
We plan to meet the first Friday of each month, with various themes and current topics.
