Café Chasca is a family business with its own traceability. We are farmers and roasters by profession and we are producing a 100% organic Arabica coffee, 85.75% in terms of cup quality, without defects , from our lands in Peru located in Villa Rica. We are the 5th generation of coffee farmers and roasters and we are USDA Organics certified. This is a specialty coffee bean made from a combination of the Caturra, Catuai, Limani and Gran Colombia varieties, grown at 1650m.s.n.m. Its profile has notes of orange and panela cacao.
